• Stone Washing & Packing: Thoroughly rinse all rounded olivine stones with clean water prior to placement to remove surface dust. Place larger stones loosely near the bottom and around heating elements, layering smaller stones at the top. Stack stones loosely to ensure natural convective airflow circulates freely between heating elements; never wedge or force stones tightly against the elements, as restricted ventilation can cause thermal buildup and element burnout.

• Water Ladling: Gently pour fresh, clean tap water directly over the hot stones using a sauna ladle. Never pour chlorinated pool water, chemically treated spa water, or salt water onto the unit, as chemical corrosion damages stainless steel and voids warranty coverage. Essential oils must always be diluted in water prior to ladling.

• Annual Stone Servicing: Remove and inspect all stones at least once per year (or every 100 hours of regular use). Discard cracked or weathered rocks, vacuum mineral dust and sediment from the base, and repack with fresh stones to preserve continuous airflow.

• Stainless Steel Cleaning: Disconnect power and allow the heater to cool down completely before cleaning. Clean exterior stainless steel bars with a soft microfiber cloth dampened with mild soap and warm water. Never use steel wool, wire brushes, or chlorine-based cleaning products.

• Pre-Session Check: Inspect the stone basket and wall mount before each session to verify that no towels, clothing, or combustible materials have been placed on or near the heater.

• Manufacturer Warranty: The HUUM DROP Electric Sauna Heater is backed by a 5-year manufacturer warranty covering factory craftsmanship and manufacturing defects under normal residential conditions.

• Warranty Exclusions: Heating elements, internal electrical wear parts, temperature sensors, and sauna stones are considered consumable wear items and are not covered under warranty. Damage resulting from faulty wiring, unapproved stones, poor maintenance, or unauthorized alterations is void.

• Licensed Electrician Requirement: All 240V electrical supply connections and controller hookups must be performed by a certified, licensed electrical contractor. Proof of professional licensed installation is strictly required to process any warranty claim.

• Order Modifications & Cancellations: Orders canceled or modified within 14 days of placement are processed free of charge. Cancellations requested after 14 days or once the unit enters packaging and carrier dispatch incur a $350 administrative/order adjustment fee.

• Return Policy: Due to carrier freight logistics and cross-border handling, freight units are generally non-returnable. If an authorized return is approved in writing by the manufacturer, the customer is responsible for 100% of return freight shipping charges back to the facility plus a 20% restocking fee. Returned units must be completely uninstalled, unused, and secured in their original packaging.

• Transit Damage Protocol: Inspect the package thoroughly upon delivery. Record any visible box tears or dents on the carrier's Bill of Lading (BOL) and report missing or damaged parts within 30 days of delivery for complimentary replacement components.

  • Standalone Purchase ($350 Flat Freight): If purchased individually as a standalone unit without a sauna, a flat $350 freight shipping fee is applied at checkout to cover dealer packaging, cross-border freight transit, and carrier surcharges.

• Service Area: Standard delivery covers the Contiguous United States. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, offshore islands, and remote/limited-access areas require a custom freight quote prior to dispatch.

• Delivery Method: Delivered curbside or to the property threshold via standard commercial ground freight carrier.

• Address Rerouting: Destination address modifications requested after the unit has dispatched from the warehouse incur a mandatory $350 carrier rerouting fee.

• Shipment Refusal: Any unauthorized delivery refusal at curbside will incur a 15% restocking fee plus all applicable round-trip transit charges.
