My story
I'm from South Florida, and I know how tricky it can be to turn a backyard into a place you actually want to relax in. Every company sends a different set of options, and deciding gets overwhelming fast. That's where the name comes from: an EverHaven is a beautiful, comfortable backyard that's yours.
I started this shop to make backyard wellness easier to learn about and easier to buy, and to build one for myself one day. I'm based in Delray Beach, and I'm building this the slow way: one product, one manufacturer, and one customer at a time.
I'm not a sauna engineer, and I won't pretend to be. What I do is read the manufacturer's specs and terms, ask them the questions you'd ask, and get the answers in writing before I put anything on the site. If I don't know something, I'll say so and find out.
How it works
EverHaven is a one-person business, so everything goes through me. I handle your questions before you buy, coordinate with the manufacturer after you order, and I'm your single point of contact for shipping, changes, and warranty claims. You never have to chase a manufacturer.
Our products are made to order and ship by freight directly from each manufacturer. That's why each brand has its own shipping, cancellation, and warranty terms, and why we list them brand by brand on our Shipping and Returns & Warranty pages.

What to expect

- 2Place your order. I confirm the details with the manufacturer.
- 3It's built. For Forever Redwood, you approve free drawings first.
- 4It ships by freight. The carrier calls to schedule delivery.
- 5I stay your contact. That includes anything after delivery, like warranty claims.
