Return & Refund Policy

Cancellations & Order Changes

All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $50 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has already shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the actual round-trip freight shipping charges, even if your order featured free shipping at checkout.

Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card or payment method that you used when placing the order.

30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we recognize that sometimes plans change. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following strict criteria:

• The item must be completely unused, unassembled, and in the exact same condition that you received it.

• The item must be securely packed in its original, unopened manufacturer packaging.

• You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Restocking Fees & Return Shipping

Because our items are high-value, heavy freight goods, all voluntary returns are subject to a 15% to 25% restocking fee (depending on the specific manufacturer's policy).

• Return Shipping Costs: The customer is entirely responsible for arranging and paying for the return freight shipping costs back to the designated manufacturer warehouse.

• Shipping Insurance: We strongly advise you to purchase return shipping insurance, as EverHaven Saunas is not responsible for items damaged or lost during return transit.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, you must first contact our support team at support@everhavensaunas.com or call us at 561-292-5617.

If your return is approved by the manufacturer, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the exact warehouse address where the item must be shipped. Items sent back to us or the manufacturer without first requesting an RMA will not be accepted or refunded.
