• Stone Loading & Airflow: Thoroughly wash sauna rocks with clean water before loading to remove dust. Place stones loosely in the stone compartment to facilitate natural airflow; never pack or force stones tightly into the cavity.

• Firewood Selection: Burn only dry, clean, untreated natural firewood. Never burn pressure-treated lumber, painted wood, cardboard, or refuse, as excessive temperatures and chemical fumes will damage the firebox and create safety hazards.

• Ash Drawer Maintenance: Empty the ash drawer regularly before firing to ensure proper combustion air intake through the bottom grate. Place cooled ashes into a covered metal container.

• Flue & Chimney Care: Periodically inspect chimney connections and sweep the flue to prevent soot and creosote buildup.

Damage resulting from unapproved fuels, improper outdoor curing, inadequate non-combustible base protection, or failure to maintain required safety clearances voids coverage.

• Order Modifications & Cancellations: Orders modified or canceled within 14 days of placement are processed free of charge. Cancellations submitted after 14 days or once the unit enters packaging and carrier dispatch are subject to a $350 administrative/order adjustment fee.

• Return Policy: Due to specialized carrier handling and heavy freight classification, units are generally non-returnable. If an authorized return is approved in writing by the manufacturer, the customer is responsible for 100% of return freight shipping charges back to the facility plus a 20% restocking fee.
