Place larger stones loosely near the bottom and pack medium stones evenly around the element channel. • Water Application (Löyly): Gently ladle clean, fresh tap water over the top rocks using a wooden sauna ladle. Never pour pool water, salt water, chlorinated spa water, or harsh chemicals onto the rocks. Aromatic essential oils must always be diluted in water prior to ladling.

• Annual Stone Servicing: Once per year (or every 100 hours of frequent operation), remove all stones from the heater. Inspect for crumbling, cracked, or weathered rocks, vacuum any fallen stone sediment from the bottom tray, and repack using fresh stones to maintain proper airflow passages.

• Return Policy: Due to specialized carrier handling and cross-border transport logistics, freight units are generally non-returnable. If an authorized return is approved in writing by the manufacturer, the customer is responsible for 100% of return freight shipping charges back to the facility plus a 20% restocking fee.
