Please note that all LeisureCraft orders are custom-made to order. Product lead times range from 2-4 weeks.

This 5052 aluminum-lined wood-burning hot tub comes with an internal wood stove, so there's no electrician, no gas line, and no added utility bill. Load the stove and you'll be soaking in less than 3 hours.

The tub holds 233 gallons (885 litres) of water inside a fully leak-proof aluminum shell, wrapped in a white cedar exterior skirt that matches every sauna and shower in the Canadian Timber Collection, so it's an easy match if you're building out a full backyard wellness setup. Inside, western red cedar backrests and flooring give you a warm, comfortable seat, with the stove built right into the tub itself.

An optional roll-up cover with support arms mounts to the end of the tub, keeping heat in and debris out between soaks.

Care & Maintenance

Regular sauna maintenance is an important aspect of owning a sauna and is essential for preserving the longevity of the sauna and ensuring a pleasant and relaxing experience.

General Guidelines

Use towels on benches to protect the wood and absorb sweat during sauna use.
Depending on local humidity and weather conditions, the cedar may shrink or expand as it absorbs moisture. The goal is for the cedar to expand into the stainless-steel bands, tightening the sauna staves.
It is recommended to tighten the bands after the initial installation—typically within the first month—and then check them periodically to ensure they remain secure. Use a ¾” wrench to tighten as needed.
Ensure that both the air inlet and outlet vents are unobstructed to maintain proper airflow.
The exterior of your sauna can be stained using any product recommended by your local retailer. LeisureCraft recommends and stocks Livos stain products for this purpose.
The interior is typically left natural and unfinished, but if you wish to enhance and protect the wood, Meldos Sauna Oil by Livos—also available from Leisurecraft—can be applied to bring out the cedar’s natural color and grain.

After Each use:

Ventilate the sauna: Open the door after each session to allow fresh air circulation and reduce moisture buildup.
Wipe surfaces: Use a clean, dry towel to remove sweat and moisture from benches, backrests, and all wooden surfaces.
Rinse with cold water: This helps close the pores of the wood and promotes faster drying.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

Within 14 Days of Order: Orders can be modified or canceled free of charge.
After 14 Days: A $350 administrative fee applies to any cancellation, order edit, or product change.
Within 7 Days of Shipping: Orders entering final dispatch cannot be canceled or modified without incurring applicable fees.
Post-Dispatch Address Changes: Rerouting or changing the delivery address after an order leaves the factory incurs a $350 fee.

Return & Refund Policy

Standard Return Policy: Due to the freight size, weight, and cross-border transit costs, returns are generally not accepted.
Authorized Factory Returns: Any return explicitly authorized for factory return is subject to:
- A 20% restocking fee deducted from the refund.
- The customer is responsible for 100% of return freight shipping and transit fees back to the manufacturing facility.
- All items must arrive completely unused, unaltered, and packed securely in their original packaging and crate.
- Leisurecraft performs a final inspection upon arrival; the refund amount is determined at Leisurecraft's sole discretion based on product condition.
Refused Deliveries: If a delivery is refused at curbside, a 15% restocking fee plus all applicable return, rerouting, and storage freight charges will be billed to the customer.
Damage & Missing Parts: Transit damage or missing components must be documented on the delivery Bill of Lading (BOL) and reported within 30 days of receipt for replacement parts to be processed.

Warranty Coverage

5-Year Residential Craftsmanship Warranty: All saunas, structures, and outdoor furniture designed and manufactured by Dundalk Leisurecraft carry a 5-year limited warranty against material and manufacturing defects under normal residential use, starting on the delivery date.
Parts Replacement Only: Warranty coverage is strictly limited to the supply of replacement parts at no cost; installation, labor, removal, and technician fees are expressly excluded.
Electrician Requirement: All electrical connections (heaters, controls, chillers) must be completed by a licensed electrician; failure to provide proof of licensed installation voids electrical warranty coverage.
Exclusions: Normal wear and tear, natural weathering/wood checking, improper assembly, neglect, inadequate maintenance, or unauthorized modifications are not covered.

Leisurecraft - Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates & Service Areas

Contiguous United States: Free standard freight shipping is available for eligible saunas (minimum order $3,500) and outdoor furniture (minimum order $2,000).
Small Items & Accessories: Standalone accessory orders carry a flat shipping rate of $55.
Alaska, Hawaii & Remote Locations: Shipping is not covered under standard free freight; custom freight quotes are required prior to dispatch. Remote regions, limited-access routes, and island deliveries may incur additional carrier surcharges.
Cross-Border Clearance: Shipments originating from Canadian manufacturing facilities include all standard customs clearance and border handling.

Freight Delivery & Curbside Details

Curbside Delivery Only: Freight shipments are delivered strictly to the curbside or the end of your driveway via standard commercial freight carriers (typically 53-foot 18-wheel tractor-trailers). Drivers do not bring crates into driveways, backyards, or homes, nor do they assist with unpackaging or assembly.
Site Accessibility: Customers must verify that a full-sized 18-wheel semi-truck can legally and safely access the street, reach the property, and turn around.
Delivery Appointments: The freight carrier contacts the consignee prior to delivery to schedule an appointment window. A timely response is mandatory to prevent carrier holding penalties.
Delivery Delays & Storage Fees: If delivery is delayed due to an unresponsive recipient, inability to unload, or scheduling conflicts, terminal storage charges of $35 per day will be assessed and billed to the customer.

Unloading Responsibilities & Liftgate Policy

Crates 84 Inches or Shorter: Liftgate service is generally available to lower the crate from the truck bed to curbside level.
Crates Exceeding 84 Inches: Standard liftgates cannot accommodate crates over 7 feet long. Customers are solely responsible for offloading the crate from the truck bed.
Required Offloading Arrangements: For oversized crates, the customer must arrange one of the following prior to delivery:
- A forklift or mechanical loader equipped with forklift fork extensions, lifting strictly from the crate end.
- A local tilt flatbed tow-truck service to transfer the crate from the carrier's regional freight terminal to your driveway. (Factory-assisted tilt tow-truck arrangements incur a standard $1,450 fee).
- A capable crew on-site to de-crate or lift components individually from the truck bed within the carrier’s allotted delivery window.

Delivery Address Changes

Prior to Dispatch: Address adjustments submitted before an order leaves the manufacturing facility are processed at no additional cost.
After Dispatch / In-Transit: Rerouting or altering the destination address once the crate has left the factory incurs a mandatory $350 carrier rerouting fee.

Damage, Shortages & Freight Return Protocol

Crate Inspection at Curbside: All packaging must be thoroughly inspected before signing carrier paperwork.
Visible Damage on Arrival: If external damage, crushed corners, or open packaging is observed, you must accept the delivery and write:

"Crate arrived open/damaged – Possible Hidden Damage" clearly on the driver’s Bill of Lading (BOL).
Reporting Window: Detailed photos of the packaging, labels, and all damaged parts must be submitted to customer support within 30 days of receipt to qualify for no-charge component replacements under the shipping warranty.
Unauthorized Refusals: Deliveries refused without written authorization will be classified as a rejected delivery. Refused shipments are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus all applicable return freight, storage, and reconsignment costs.
